Wanted - Personal Trainer who does Thai Kickboxing for 1:1's

Postby SJH Mummy » Tue Dec 17, 2013 11:13 am

Hi there,

I wondered if there is such a thing as a personal trainer/Thai kickboxing trainer who would do 1:1 sessions in the Clapham Junction area?

My husband got into Thai boxing a few years ago, hasn't done any for a while - but has the kit and really enjoyed it - and is looking for someone who would do 1:1 sessions with him either outside or near home in the new year, once a week for an hour or so. Teach him technique, tire him out, improve his fitness.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Hi sjh mummy,

I would be happy to put your husband through his paces.

I am a personal trainer with more than fifteen years experience - I run 121personaltraining.com and specialise in teaching clients on a 121 basis.

My background is in martial arts - I trained in kickboxing for many years and hold a black belt from GBMAA.

I have also trained in muay thai (in Thailand) and in amateur boxing and MMA.

I have over 5,000 hours experience in pad-work with private clients - I have trained professional and amateur fighters plus loads of regular guys and girls looking to themselves get fit and healthy and to reduce stress levels.

I have a couple of current clients in Clapham Junction so am often in the Clapham area.

I'd be very happy to do a trial session with your husband in the new year to see what he thinks.

Give me a call on 07881 884 738 if you fancy booking something in...

Or you can email info@121personaltraining.com and I will call you back...

Kind regards,

Sam

Hi Sam,

Thanks so much for your email, I've forwarded it on to my husband, his name is Kit, and he'll be in touch.

Many thanks

Julia
