We are looking for a nanny to look after our 7 month old baby when I return to work in April. This is a 4 day a week, Monday to Thursday, live out position, though we may look to extend this to including Fridays (or at least half day Friday). We live between the commons.

The nanny will be in sole charge of the baby all day (including keeping the nursery clean and tidy, and managing the baby laundry and cooking). We would also like the nanny to take the baby to some activities we are already involved with to ensure continued socialisation with other children.

Whilst the nanny position main focus is the care and development of our baby, we would additionally look to the nanny to help with light household support (which might include cooking, shopping etc).

The nanny should be CRB checked, hold a current First Aid certificate and have contactable references in the local area. Ideally we would like a Spanish speaking nanny to help us bring up the baby bi-lingual.

Dear Parents

My name is Edyta and I am 33 years old. For as long as I can remember, I have loved to take care of children. I have been in childcare for nearly 9 years. I have a great experience with babies and toddlers, used to work as an au-pair and as a nanny of 1 or more children, also looked after twin boys for over a year.
I also have two daughters of my own (5 and 8 years) and I believe that this is the best experience I could ever get. They attend full time school and will not be part of any position I take on as I have childcare in place.

I have some brilliant references and I’m CRB checked, I have also done paediatric first aid and I have Certificate of Achievement - Health Foundations for Early Years Childcare Practitioners. I am a non smoker. I’m available from mid of March.

Just to let you know a little about me - I’m happy, bubbly, I love my job (hence doing it for so many years!) I have great family support and I love my daughters more than anything else in the world!

I have an extensive background in organising safe play activities for children and young adults, having organised and run groups as a volunteer.
