Summer Holiday with 18 month old

Hi

We are looking for a summer holiday and any recommendations on places, tour operators welcome:

- needs to be no more than 4 hours flight
- all inclusive preferred
- some form of day care for toddler allowing us to do some things ourselves

Looking at 4-5 star ideally.
