SWfit Mums Exercise Class & Creche new course starting tomorrow, 10th March at 9.30am
A 60 minute class will involve:
- Drop babies in the safe hands of The Baby Drop Creche
- Power walk up to Clapham Common
- Pelvic floor and core activation exercises
- An all over body workout for maximum fat burn, improved muscle tone and greater strength
- A fun and relaxed atmosphere to get you back into shape and feeling great
- A prompt return 55 minutes later, for a stretch out before picking up the little ones!
