recommendations for a good local removal company

Postby specialk1215 » Mon Mar 24, 2014 4:13 pm

Hello lovely ladies,
We have to move in about a month's time.
Last time we moved, we had a terrible experience with Pickfords. We paid to have them pack us up, and they ran out of boxes. We literally found all my husbands suits shoved in bin bags  , and they packed a mirror in a box without wrapping it up and found it broken in shards at the bottom when we unpacked.

Anyone have any good suggestions for great movers? I think we will probably splurge to have them pack us too as we both work full time and have two small children... I literally have NO idea when I will manage to sort this all out, but hey ho.

Would love some good Nappy Valley Net recos!
Thanks very much all.

We're about to use Cavendish & Country for our move. The quote seemed very competitive and Nick is a local chap, so although we haven't moved yet, I'm feeling very reassured already.
