Work experience for my Year 11

My Year-11 child has to do an unpaid 2-week work experience placement in June.
Do you have any suggestions?

What career/industry would your child like to enter in a few years time? What a-levels/degree do they want to do? That's the best place to start as there's no point in doing something they're not interested in.

He has thought about that but, no luck so far... So, we are trying to see what companies are willing to take a teenager on for 2 weeks.
