Depends if you want one with video monitor or not.

We have the BT 250 which is audio only for our toddler which we're very happy with.

We have the Motorola MBP36 video monitor for our little one. Picture quality and size of screen very good, zoom and pan functions and working reliably so far. This replaces a Summer Infant video monitor which was good but suddenly went on the blink and died after a year.

We have the Luvion Grand Elite (video monitor) which we bought from babysecurity.co.uk. I must say it is possibly the best baby product we have purchased - quite pricey compared to a standard monitor, but great to be able to see the baby (even in the dark), particularly when our eldest had sleep issues so we were able to watch him and see what soothed him. We now have two video cameras connected to the monitor (in two separate bedrooms). It's very portable and has accompanied us on all our travels.

If this isn't for you, I'd also recommend looking for other products on babysecurity.co.uk - the staff are very helpful. One product which I bought off that website broke after expiry of the warranty period and they sent me a spare part for free. They are also very informed on the products they sell so are able to talk you through any questions you may have.

On thing on the BT 250, which we also have: battery life is terrible, and the batteries are non-standard sizes (even though they look like AA at first glance). If you order them direct from BT they are very expensive; but you can get them cheaper on Amazon/eBay.
