Shapewear?

Postby Cherry39 » Thu Apr 24, 2014 2:01 pm

Anyone tell me what is the best shape wear to wear under an unforgiving dress? Are spanx worth the £££? Do I need the shorts to avoid bumps / rolls. Anyone tried the m and s version which seemed much more reasonable. Plus do you buy your normal size or size up, taking it back because too small would be mortifying!

The lady in John Lewis Kingston lingerie department was very helpful to me when I recently went in to get some underwear to go under a wedding outfit. they had good selection too.

Marks and spencer also have a good selection and much cheaper than spanx

Try the primark ones!! They cost about £6 (from memory) and definitely do the job!!! At that price you could buy them just to try and buy the other ones if you're not happy!
