I think it's taking it a bit too far referring to the establishment as "a restaurant"... but no, it's not supposed to be funny. Rather to warn us what's in the news & where not to take the kids for a treat!! :shock:

Also... I feel for the employee... they just wanted that thing out of there! I don't suppose it was intended that the rat hit a pedestrian! :?
