Hi,
My husband and I are renovating our property and looking for a short term let during July(for a month) in Balham.
We have a 4month old son and therefore can't stay in the property during refurb.
We have been "Balhamites" for the past 5 years and will keep the property in excellent condition.
If you know of anything please let me know

Hi, I have a 2/3 bed flat 2min away from Clapham South tube which we used during our refurb. We moved in just before my 2nd was born. Its on the 1st floor, so not the most convenient for a buggy, but doable. If interested, let me know and can send you photos.
