We are starting some new and exciting postnatal classes for new mums at Club Creche, 1c Elsenham Street, Southfields on 26th July and 2nd August 2014, from 10-2pm.
Many new mums find themselves overwhelmed by all the advice and information out there - everyone has an opinion and it can be hard to know what is going on with your baby.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
feeding options - how do you want to feed your baby?
baby sleep rhythms - my baby is not sleeping as I expected, why is this?
the transition to parenthood - how has my life changed?
We won't tell you what to do but look at all the options.
