WORK EXPERIENCE:

NANNY: August 2011 – Present
> Sole charge position working with four children, who were at the time ,9 months,, 2 years and two children who were 4 years old
Caring for all needs, including educational.
Taking them on outings including Park trips, museums, soft play, library, play dates, swimming, cinema, 1’o’ clock clubs, play dates, playgroups and pick up and drop off to school.
> Full time care Monday- Wednesday in school holidays

AD HOC NANNY:
> January 2011 – August 2011
> Working as ad hoc nanny with different families of different age ranges from newborn to 13 years.

NANNY:
> October 2010 – January 2011 (Maternity cover)
> This was a sole charge position in which I cared for two 1 year olds and a 3 year old. We explored new places including indoor soft play areas, museums, music classes, libraries, playgroups and parks, also drop off and pickups to and from nursery school

> This was a sole charge position in which I cared for girls of 1 and 3 and boys of 8 Months and 3 years. NURSERY NURSE:

> May 2004 – October 2009
> I worked my way up from Nursery assistant, to Nursery Nurse, to room Leader. I worked as part of a team of 20 staff and was in charge of my section which covered between 2 and 6 staff. I was also responsible for opening and closing the nursery and being in charge of the whole nursery at certain points of the day. I was Special Educational Needs Coordinator as well as EYFS coordinator, Nominated first aider, Equal opportunities coordinator and training coordinator.

DEPUTY MANGER ROLE (2 MONTH COVER)
> During this time I was seconded to another nursery in the chain, to cover as manager/ deputy for 2 months. Where I was offered deputy manager full time, but decided not to take. During this time, I was in charge of the nursery, closing and opening, involved in meetings regarding performance of staff members, setting targets for staff, adapting the routine for better standards of the whole nursery, putting the EYFS into place and updating Ofsted procedures
