If you are not worried about childcare then look at are the Princess Yaiza in Lanzarote which has a handy kitchenette in all the suites so great to keep snacks in fridge and microwave for evening/morning warm milk etc. and the most amazing kids world/area. You can get a 2 bed suite so you have space in the evening too! There is only supervised child care from 3 but there is a dedicated play area from 2 years. Have a look at

We also love the Roca Nivaria in Tenerife with kids your age as it has pretty much the only heated pool (well that actually feels heated although some hoteliers claim theirs are) in the Canary Islands. It is a fab infinity pool, also rooms are spacious and you can grab a suite so there are 2 separate sleeping areas and balconies are large, almost all with great sea views and have sunloungers on! There is a kids club from 10 months too.
