Do you need a lodger?

Postby Threeboys » Wed Jul 30, 2014 1:21 pm

Asking on behalf of a lovely lady in early sixties but young at heart! She is looking for a room in a house either with a lady her age or with a family.
She has a full time job working with children and would be happy to babysit as part of the rent agreement. She has wonderful references and is very tidy and considerate!

We could potentially have a room in our 5 bedroom terraced house in SW17

Do you know how long she is looking to lodge for? Short term or long term

PM or email me for further details

I'd be interested in a F lodger in that age group. Am in that age group myself (also "young at heart"!) and have a very nice studio/loft conversion which is self contained - you share my front door & stairs to access. At moment there is a lovely tenant in it but she has to leave fairly soon as she is pregant and accommodation not suitable for baby at top of house. The accomm is open plan and is bedroom/living room/kitchen and ensuite bathroom. I live in the downstairs bit of house with 2 cats, a puppy and a partner who's there about half the time. Am in SW17 and at the moment my tenant pays rent inclusive of bills and I give her a discount for cat sitting when am away! So please PM me if of any interest and your friend would be welcome to come and take a look if she wanted.
