Visiting Santa in London - recommendations?

Postby Americano » Sat Aug 02, 2014 9:18 pm

Hi there,

I know this is super early but I have family with lots of kids coming to visit at Christmas - can anyone recommend any good London days out to visit Santa? So far I have liked the look of:

- Kew Gardens
- Harrods
- The Wetlands Centre

Thank you!!

We've been to this twice and it's free. A very 'authentic' Santa too!!!

Quite small though, so if the children you're with are bigger it might not be right. x

Harrods is good, you get a decent amount of time with the big guy and the cost of your ticket can be redeemed against a toy in the toy section (not ideal so close to Xmas, but still a nice touch !). Staff all very into it, nice Harrods themed gifts.

Selfridges, hit and miss - one year was amazing, little train ride in. Another year, not such a great one.

Battersea Park Zoo - gorgeous ! But can be a bit chilly as it's outside.

Hamleys do incredible sounding things - but I've never been personally. Pretty pricey !
