I'm finding it very hard to figure out how much a live in nanny should cost.
I'm a stay at home mom with number 3 on the way and a dog. The ages of the kids will be 23 months, 14 months and new born. I need help through out the day with housekeeping, kids and dog walks. As I'll be home to help with the work load does this change the cost?
We live in Fulham, London in quite a large house so their room and board will be more than adequate. Does this also effect their salary?
I'm clueless but I've heard so many horror stories about using agencies so haven't gone that route yet.
