I was in the Windmill pub the other day and saw Tate Donovan, although I didn't know his name, the woman behind the bar told me who he was, felt a bit sorry for him as he was drinking alone. But he seemed to know the bar staff really well so I guess that's his local.

Minus one celeb. Tate is off home back to LA via Paris & Berlin on some film promotion work. He's been playing some tennis with me at Clapham and sorry to see him go. Really nice guy.

I saw Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer in the M&S Simply Food at Clapham South this afternoon, do they live in the are area? I was staring at him dealing with a screaming child thinking, poor chap, got bad eye contact, looked around and saw her, bad eye contact again thinking, she looks like someone famous. Penny dropped, mortified!

V old thread I know, but had to tell. My daughter just saw Steven Tyler - yes, he of Aerosmith - coming out of Waitrose on St. John's Road, Battersea.
Of course, she could be making this up, or he has a doppelganger, but she is absolutely adament. As is her friend. And she does know her rock legends. However she was far too flustered to take a pic for evidence!!
