You poor sweet lady. I hope that you're feeling better this week and have been able to speak to a professional by now. If not, call the Panda helpline, as its very important for your daughter that you are safe and happy during these difficult months. http://www.pandasfoundation.org.uk/

I understand that it may be difficult to be proactive in your situation. If you're finding that this is the case, please PM me and I will find a way to organise help to come to your house.

It sounds like your feelings are completely validated especially considering your upbringing. Having a young baby is tough at the best of times! And having a baby can bring up memories of your own childhood. You could also think about getting a postnatal doula to support you. They will talk through anxieties and help you find the best way to care for your baby. You can search by location on Doula UK and if you are on a limited income, you could apply for support through the Doula Access Fund.

I wish you all the best and hope that sharing has at least relieved some of your worries.

I've only just seen this and glad you found the courage to speak out. Hopefully, things are a lot calmer and positive for you and your baby and you've met with some of the mothers here. One day, you'll be one of the ones writing messages of support to others in difficult situations.

I do provide one on one therapy that is excellent for removing anxiety and boosting confidence. As well as teaching you self-hypnosis, I'll show you a technique called Havening which I teach mothers and couples to use on each other, as well as on themselves.

I work on the root cause of an issue, not just patching up the exterior. You'll feel amazing ooze awesomeness which your little one is going to love and model for her family in future.

I can't recommend Jimi enough. She help me with my anxiety around public speaking. She's really good and will definitely be able to help you.
