Gardener/Cleaner Required for Residential Block Post Reply

I am the Director of a block of 18 flats close to Wandsworth Common. We are looking to employ someone to clean the external areas of the block eg/rear yard, stairwells, bin store areas etc but also for someone to undertake gardening duties such as mowing the lawn, trimming the hedge and removing the waste from site etc. Ideally it would be the same person or company.

I am therefore keen to hear from anyone who would be interested in undertaking such work or receiving any recommendations of suitable people or companies who may be able to help?

We currently service a similar block in Wandsworth Common of 14 Flats in Balham Park Rd. (Balham Park Mansions)
We do the following work:
- Clean the communal stairs/hallway
- Clean Bin Store area
- Clean the garden
- Cut the grass
- Trim the Hedges
- Maintain the garden area
- Clean the external Windows
