If anyone is looking for a really good cleaner and ironer I can recommend one. Her name is Natalie and she's my own cleaner's (Iwona) sister in law. She has filled in for Iwona for me on occasion and is excellent. Reliable, thorough, lovely personality. She is Polish and isnt very confident about her English, so Iwona is supporting her by giving you her own phone number, coming with Natalie for the first few times and sharing the work to make sure she's understood everything you want doing, then letting Natalie take over. She needs a couple more families to fill her week.
