Movers/Packers

Postby Katemac » Thu Oct 16, 2014 12:13 pm

Can anyone recommend a good removal company that also does great packing? We are moving out of London and with a toddler and a newborn we are going to need help packing up everything as well.
Thanks!

having moved recently , I can safely recommend M25 movers and packers .
They did a really good job with our stuff and they were quite competitive in their pricing .
We also took their unpacking service because overall it was cheaper than some of the SW11 movers.
they came the previous day to pack boxes and then on the day , we were packed and ready to go 1.5 hours before we got the keys . There were 6 men doing the job and it took them 1/3rd the time it would normally take.
They didn't charge us for waiting .
Once we got to the new house, the beds and the electrics were installed and ready to go in a couple of hours . 85% of the boxes were unpacked and placed in areas they were packed from (for example, everything from the storage beds went back into the storage beds)
We were really pleased with the service and it proved to be invaluable and incredibly hassle free .
You can contact Paulo and he will help you organise the whole thing.

hi katemac - we used cavendish and country when we moved earlier this year and had a great experience with them too. they were very reassuring at what can be quite a stressful time, and reasonable on price too. apart from that, the packing was all very efficient and without incident, and the removal men were polite and friendly.

good luck with the move!

Barans Removals are also a very good, reliable and professional local company who do local, countrywide and international moves. They have won several awards from the Guild of Removers and have moved several local celebrities to/from large houses in the past 30 years as well as local residents who are moving to/from small flats or houses.
