Office Angel - Part time or Full time (Wimbledon)

Lime Talent is a recruitment agency specialising in consumer goods industry. Our company is nearly two years old and has been growing quickly. Due to our busy workload and future expansion plans, we are seeking a bright and outgoing individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to juggle many tasks! Our office is fun and friendly and we need someone who is able to work with initiative to help keep things running smoothly. This is a broad role, so you’ll get stuck into different bits of the business, bringing both organisation and lots of fun to both the Lime Talent brand. Key competencies and characteristics for this role include being a great communicator, highly organised, proactive, energetic, friendly and open, whilst still being focused at getting the job done! The role will be based at our Wimbledon office.

This role is one which is likely to change and grow with the company but as things stand, we envisage you will be involved with all of the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing:
• Managing day-to-day social media – Twitter / LinkedIn / Facebook
• Ad hoc marketing projects e.g. production of surveys & mail-outs
• Market-mapping and analysis
• Competitor monitoring

Supplier Management:
• Managing relationships with suppliers (LinkedIn, Bullhorn (Database), The Grocer, Marketing Week, Reed, Monster, Spitfire (Telecoms), Hawkscrest (property), IT Company
• Weekly ordering of office supplies including stationery, coffee & supplies to keep the wheels turning
• Resolving any issues that may arise

Administrative Support:
• Team administration support – formatting CVs, etc.
• Telephone answering
• Advertising Vacancies
• PA duties for the 3 Directors

Recruitment / HR:
• Advertising internal vacancies
• CV screening
• Arranging interviews
• Sourcing candidates via advertising, CV banks and LinkedIn
• HR Administration e.g. managing holiday requests, offer letters, arranging training courses

Finance:
• Basic book-keeping
• Invoicing & chasing invoices
• Finance administration
• KPI tracking and reporting

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

• Degree educated
• Previous office-based work experience
• That you’re an organization freak with the ability to juggle a 101 things at once!
• You’ve got the energy and yearning to work in a small, ambitious and entrepreneurial environment
• You are creative - whether it be a logistical problem that needs a fix or working on a new project you need to have creative flair and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Strong computer and numeracy skills
• An open minded approach to your role, always looking at ways to improve how things are done and raising the bar
• A flexible, can do, friendly attitude with the willingness to learn
