Did u send a parcel to Vancouver? It has been returned

Postby firsttimer30 » Thu Jan 01, 2015 8:42 pm

Hi, we have had a parcel (which was sent to Vancouver) returned to us as the intended recipient "moved long ago". The Sender had put the name "Neill" and our postcode and house number on the back of the parcel which is clearly wrong as there is no-one with the surname "Neill" here and the previous owners didn't know anyone of that name either. We have also asked around the neighbours with no luck. I am hoping I can return the parcel to its rightful owner. Please contact me if it is yours or you know whose it might be! Thanks

That seems odd. Parcels to Canada are only accepted thru customs if they have a return address on them. Was the parcel originally sent from the UK?

Hi, yes looks like it was sent from the Uk. There is a customs declaration label in the back. Total value of parcel given as £30. Thanks

Sorry that should say " on the back". I obviously have not opened the parcel but might have to in order to try and identify the rightful owner if I don't have any luck on here!
