Hiya, I was just wondering how common it is to hire a nanny with her own child? is there a demand for this kind of arrangement?
what are the pros and cons? for both nanny and employer.
what would the salary be per hour?
Ive been a nanny for the last 10 years and now have an 8 month old son. My husband is planning on going back to uni in September and I was thinking about going bak to work part time when my son would be 15/16 months (aug/sep) but not sure if it makes sense to look after someone elses children and put my own in childcare plus I'd miss him lol.
does anyone currently use this arrangement and if so what is your experience x
