Hi there,
I have been to Happy Faces a few times, yes, it is expensive, but that is our choice. I would quite happily go there just for an outing and for my child to sit in one of the cars, and getting a hair cut is just a bonus (although an expensive one).
I do have to say, that I find the owner quite rude (although I don't think she means to be), she just comes across as quite abrupt and "busy" which she probably is, but on more than one occasion, I have thought to myself that I wish she could be a little friendlier.
I no longer go there, I use a local barber, who charges £3, in and out, no fuss.
Not bashing Happy Faces, but customers opinions are what keeps you in business after all.
