I can recommend an acupuncturist in SW 12 who has had good results if you would like to get in touch either via our pure pregnancy Facebook page or direct to me julie@babyintuition.co.uk

I would recommend reading the baby making bible by Emma Cannon. She takes the holistic approach, but not too happy clappy and quite practical advice. Kate Freemantle is an excellent acupuncturist specialising in fertility. She supported me throughout our quest(it really is!) to get pregnant and during the pregnancy.
Hopefully you are both healthy And it is just a matter of time- 1 year is average to get pregnant but there's no harm in asking your GP for some simple hormone tests day 4-7 and day 21 of your cycle and a semen analysis. In case you need a referral- the wait in Wandsworth for IVF on NHS is 3 years!!!! In Lambeth it's just a few months. Or you start saving £££ for private.

Good luck! For us it was really a struggle, but we got there in the end, I hope you will too

I had acupuncture along with Chinese herbs and used the ovulation sticks. Also took extra supplements and made hubby take extras such as zinc. I'm a reflexologist so I worked on my own feet too :)
We tried for 7 months, after 5 months I started acupuncture and 2 months later- voila!!
I saw Daniella who works at Feel Good Balham, who is lovely and specialises in fertility and pregnancy.
Good luck!!!

I can also recommend Kate Freemantle, I've been seeing her for acupuncture for just over a month and already seen improvements in my cycle.

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for almost a year, I've been diagnosed with endometriosis which can make it harder and at some point may have to go down the assisted route. I've tried everything! The lubricants, the sticks you pee on, the fertility monitors, the herbals teas, the supplements and out of it all I would recommend Zita West's VitaFem supplements and measuring your basal body temperature (bbt). I have a bbt thermometer that wakes me up at the same time every morning and stores data which is really useful, I then update my temp on the OvaGraph App on my iphone (you can also do this via their website) and it builds a chart for me, from that I've been able to work out what day I ovulate, my fertile period, how long my luteal phase etc.

Hope this helps, good luck! :)

Just posted this link on another discussion but you might find the Natal Hypnotherapy "Prepare to conceive" CD useful. Here is a link to the download.
