We are looking for an energetic, fun loving, creative and caring nanny to help our family on a part-time basis, 2 days a week while I am at work. It would therefore be a sole charge role and would mostly entail looking after our little girl (4 months) during the day, but would also include collecting our other children (3 and 5) from nursery and school, helping with homework, and preparing an evening meal.
Duties would also include light housework, such as emptying the dishwasher, washing the children’s clothes, changing the sheets on the children's beds and keeping the house clean and tidy (a separate cleaner is employed to do the main cleaning). There may also be occasional errands to run.
The hours would be 8.15-5.15pm two days a week. We live near Wandsworth Common. We would prefer Monday and Tuesday but there is some flexibility in the days for the right person. There would also be some ad-hoc babysitting.
Start date - March/April
Please only apply if you love children, speak excellent English and do not smoke.
You must also have:
- at least 3 years’ childcare experience with multiple children
- a recent first aid certificate
- a recent DBS check
- excellent verifiable references in the UK
And we would prefer someone who can drive with a clean UK driving licence.
