Doctor Recommendations in Clapham Old Town Post Reply

Hi all - does anybody have any doctor recommendations in Clapham Old Town. We have been using Clapham Manor Surgery for the past 6 months but I'm not impressed and looking to change. Any thoughts hugely appreciated!

Are you in the catchment for Lavender Hill Practice? They are exceptionally good. They are also the local teaching practice. There's only one doctor I was not keen on there, all the others were absolutely excellent.

I am still a bit miffed as we moved out of their catchment and they were the best GPs I ever had in London! I am sulking over on the other side of SW4 now.

Ps as a former patient of Clapham Manor as well I can confirm Lavender Hill are miles better. When i moved back to SW4, I refused to go back to Clapham Manor, I remember having to queue up outside in winter with a sickly baby before 8am to try to get an appointment. That was years ago so might have changed now.

when we moved to SW4 I left LHGP… had heard good things about Clapham Manor so wasn't really worried and having 3 very small children I was quite keen to have a doctor so close by… however, i'm really unimpressed! I wax lyrical about LHGP because on the whole they were exceptional. Sadly don't think i'm in the catchment anymore! Will keep looking for recommendations in SW4….!
