Any outstanding nurseries in the area?

Postby Catman » Fri Mar 20, 2015 9:13 pm

Hi,

I am planning to move into the area and I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any outstanding (Ofsted rated) nurseries in the area? Specifically around the Balham area. Thanks!

The Montessori at102 Chestnut Grove has been rated outstanding. It's lovely and the staff are all extremely warm and friendly.

We a thinking of moving to the Abbeville Village but are a bit worried about not being in the catchment area for good nurseries. Does anyone know what the catchment area for Maytree or Triangle nurseries are?

Thanks!

Check to see if local primaries have a Nursery too... Bonneville does I think.
Also, don't worry too much about Ofsted reports, there are Outstanding ones that I would never send my kids too and ones that get worse reports that are still lovely. Go and visit them and at least expand your search to include ones rated "Good".
