Professional Inventory service

We're upping sticks and leaving London next month but we're renting our house house rather than selling. We thought about doing the inventory ourselves but have decided that it makes more sense to get a professional to do it for us but we have no idea who to go for .... google obviously comes up with lots of results.
Has anyone used a professional company which you'd recommend? or equally those to avoid?

I'm so sorry to hijack your post but I was about to ask the very same question. Do the two posters know if the inventory companies mentioned use photographs and also roughly how much they were (for an average BTC terrace..) Thank you so much and sorry again!
