Sleep & weaning consultant - highly recommended

Postby WWTownmum » Fri Jun 26, 2015 11:36 am

***Sleep & weaning support***
Just wanted to recommend Carol Mae Grassick who is absolutely brilliant at solving issues on both sleep and weaning. She has helped so many babies including my own, my sister's and many friends'. Her service has now extended to online support which is great value and really effective.

She is now open for bookings for the next two groups which will be:
- better sleep for 6-12 months (very popular - 2 places left)
- weaning for babies of 5 months +
The sleep group will cover routine, self settling, extending naps and night-time waking.
The weaning group deals with all issues from food refusal, to eating finger foods and the best equipment and recipes.
Please PM me or comment below if you want to join as I am helping Carol out with setting up the groups.

Here is Carol's latest review:
"I just wanted to say a big thank you Carol. We've just finished our 10 days of whatsapp support and what a difference! I was amazed by how quickly Carol's method worked. I made the mistake of feeding to sleep for months, then rocking and pacing to sleep, which I eventually replaced with white noise (blasting the hair dryer for 5 mins before every nap and at bedtime. A short term fix which was working for us, but madness when it turned into Eddie waking multiple times a night and me putting the hair dryer on at all hours! Never mind the cost of our electricity bills!) The first night we followed Carol's advice Eddie slept a 9 hour stretch, then the next night 10 hours. He's now sleeping through with no sleep props or night time feeds and if he does have a night when he wakes he can settle himself quickly. I just wish I'd got some help sooner. I dreaded the thought of sleep training and was preparing myself for a horrendous 10 days, but instead it's been relatively easy and stress free. I just needed to trust my little boy. He could settle himself all the time. I was actually making the whole process much harder for him. We've learnt so much and I will definitely do things differently next time (putting baby down awake and setting up healthy sleeping habits from the start). Thanks so much Carol. We are all so much happier at this house. It's amazing what sleep can do for you"
