Red Phil and Ted double buggy - £40

Red Phild and Ted double buggy for sale. Well looked after but tires do need to be pumped up. Includes rain cover and all various pieces.

Hi really interested in this. Do you know if it can be used with a newborn and a toddler? I believe it needs a "cocoon" or something. Also is there any damage to the buggy, or just the tyres that need changing?
