Bubbaboo (singing and speech play for babies and upwards) is excellent and starts again in the Autumn...

Why not start your own meet up? We did a while back for second time parents. You could post on here and include your children's ages?

Hi there,

If you'd like to meet some mums and have a little one 8-16months then you might be interested in the new term of Babbling Bubbas. The classes are up and running again this term as follows and there are a couple of spaces left (apologies for anyone who hoped to join last term but my mother was very poorly so I had to postpone).

BABBLING BUBBAS is ideal for babies 8-16months supporting your child's communication using signing, singing, puppets games and toys in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Vicky is an experienced speech and language therapist and set up the groups four years ago. Small sized sessions have a maximum of 8 and booking is recommended.

FRIDAYS 11-11.45, Muncaster Rd between the commons SW11
From Jan 15th to March 18th (no session on 19th Feb)
Sessions £8 and the term is 9 weeks
See http://www.bubbaboogroups.com and email bubbaboogroups@gmail.com to book

Hi

Not baby specific, but there is a really lovely and friendly playgroup on Thursday afternoons 2-4pm at St Luke's church on Ramsden Road. £1 per child including tea and biscuits! Huge grassy garden for the older ones to charge around in (if the rain ever stops!) and really friendly. I have met loads of lovely mummy friends there and it has been a lifesaver for me with little ones!

Don't worry if you can't get there until nearer 3pm with sleeping babes- lots of mums arrive then (and lots leave at 315 for the school run too!).

Xx

We operate open play sessions for babies and young children from the One O'clock building in Chivalry Road if you are looking for a place to meet new mums and your little one can enjoy the sensory room and toys provided!

If you require further information give us a ring on 0207 101 2034 and ask for Nikki
