Elsa face painter

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of a face painter that could come to our house dressed as Elsa from Frozen? Our daughter is about to turn 3 and will also be completing her chemotherapy treatment so we'd like to do something special for her birthday. Her little friends are quite young, so a full Princess party isn't really necessary, but a bit of face painting from her favourite Disney character would just be perfect. Any suggestions are welcome! x
