Based in Lavender Hill we are growing project management business looking for an accountant or bookkeeper to help with all aspects of financial control within the business.
The role is part time, ideally 3 hours a day for 4 days a week, but flexible for the right candidate.
You will be resonsible for:
1) Issuing purchase orders
2) Sending invoices
3) Controlling project costs
4) Monitoring and reporting on cashflow
5) Bank reconciliation
6) Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
7) Monitoring overdue invoices
8) Ideally familiar with the software 'Kashflow'
You should come from a financial background with experience in bookkeeping or accoutancy or similar.
