Anyone been to Cape Town?

Postby luckymummy » Sat Dec 12, 2015 8:19 am

Hi all - we are 2 families going to Cape Town next year and looking for some ideas of where to stay. We were thinking a large enough house with a pool and nice garden but open to other ideas. Has anyone else been with another family and got any recommendations of where to stay or anything that worked for you? All ideas welcome. Many thanks.

We got married there and had the most amazing time with our families staying here http://www.villastjames.com
It's in the most beautiful setting with access to beach and tidal pool for the children. Villa has a gated pool too. Can recommend some fantastic caterers who can come and do one off meal or fully cater and sooo reasonable. Property security gated with parking and double garage and amazing garden with sea views. It's a brilliant property for children we had 5 days here including our wedding with 5 children and it was simply amazing. Short drive to boulders beach and local attractions like table mountain etc - let me know if you'd like to know anything else. X

Hi
It depends a bit on when you are going, what you would like to do and the ages of the kids.
We organise quite a few family holidays to Cape Town (and the region) so would be very happy to offer our advice and talk through some ideas & suggestions with you - holidays@putneytravel.co.uk or 02088770835
