We are redoing our bathroom and would like to have a steam room. Does anyone know a good reliable company and brand you could recommend? Thanks!

We have a Mr Steam which is lovely - although must be honest we don't use it as much as we expected. It was already installed when we moved into our house, so can't provide recommendations for fitters.

If you do go ahead with one, I would strongly recommend getting a control downstairs, so you can turn on the generator and allow the steam to build up before you get to the bathroom. We have one in our kitchen which is fab - I just press a button and it means that by the time I've finished what I'm doing and got changed, I then don't have to wait around in the bathroom for the steam to build up.

Belated thank you Sophie! We've been looking at Mr Steam online and they have some competitive prices and good customer reviews. I will follow your recommendation to have controls downstairs if possible
