Hello, maybe worth looking up Balham Lodge as I think they also rent out apartments. Otherwise Airbnb may be a good option.

Hi We rent our a lovely, sunny double bedroom with its own private bathroom through airbandb. We have excellent reviews and are are just near Wandsworth Common if you are still looking for your parents ?

Madison Hill have several smart flats opposite Clapham South. You can find them on Airbnb I think or they have their own website x
