Cosmetica on Hildreth st in Balham are about to start doing it. Apparently the latest type, call them as everything else they do is excellent so worth looking into?

True Beauty in Twickenham. They have the latest type of IPL and their therapists are all properly trained. This is no longer a regulated beauty therapy (so not covered by Care Quality Commission). The result is that a lot of salons have completely untrained therapists 'having a go'. You need proper advice as it isn't right for everyone.
