Yah. Not so baffling if you credit the notion that people decide where they stand on an issue based on their experience (real, live experience, not the second-hand variety that you all seem to thrive on, living by proxy on this forum -- which I will *never* visit again as it reminds me of nothing so much as the Daily Mail comments section, not coincidentally referenced in a prior post). If your experience of an establishment has been extensive, and positive, you are likely to defend them. If your experience has been bad, you are likely not to.... Simples, no? God. This was a waste of time. Question-- what do you do with bad service here? Credit the notion that someone was rude. Otherwise who on earth would bother to complain? Who would invent a story like that? Do you -- just -- accept it? It's not entitled to insist that people be professional and courteous. Unless your default setting, is masochist. I'm not one, so with that, I bid you all goodnight and happy hunting for your next target of pointless proxy rage. People with self respect don't invite abuse, they don't revel in it, and they don't invent these stories. But, do as you will. One word of warning: I ordered the soft-boiled eggs at Tamra, on other occasions, and they were cooked hard. Didn't complain. Laughed, actually. Gives actual meaning to the phrase, "she can't even boil an egg." But Rob should be dining out on this tale long enough to stifle any qualms about his cuisine.
