Mercedes Chelsea Dealership at Wandworth Roundabout

Postby scrappybluecat » Wed May 04, 2016 7:07 pm

I seem to have real problems with the Mercedes Dealership at Wandsworth. Does anyone else have the same problem?

They are very unhelpful, they are very expensive and most of all they do not fix the problems with your car. They are very difficult to get through to on the phone, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful - recently I have found it takes at least 4 calls before I can get hold of the person I want to. Normally this is achieved by asking them to call me back.

Is the problem just with this dealership?
With the amount they are charging why cannot they be more helpful?? Does anyone else have the same problem?

I think the problem is they are so so busy.

We had huge problems with our car although I think that was because we bought it second hand and it had issues.

Anyway Ray at Mercedes in Croydon was a miracle worker

Good luck!

I ve personnally never had a problem with them. I agree that it is hard to get them on the phone but disagree that the receptionists are rude.
The blond guy at the entrance and younger looking one are very nice and helpful. They always go out of their to get my car out of their parking as it is so full i worry about reversing
