Short-term room/flat needed for Frenchwoman here until Novem

Postby foodeditorjo » Wed Sep 23, 2015 10:02 am

I am writing on behalf of a lovely French lady who is staying with me at the moment (friend of a friend). She is mature, cultured and used to run the musee d'art naif in Paris, but is now in London until mid November.

She is looking for a room/flatshare and can pay up to £800 pcm. Could be suitable for someone whose child has just gone to university, for example, as it's only a short period?

She is clean, tidy, easy to have around and good company. She would prefer a situation where she can cook for herself in the evening.

I would keep her here with me but I have a long-term student arriving on Sunday.

Hello
I have a room available in my 3 bedroom house. It is between the Commons near Northcote road, 15 minutes walk to either Clapham Junction or Clapham South. It would be sharing with me a female 50 and a small but lively dog, the room has its own shower and basin. All inclusive it would be £700. If it is of interest and you would like more info please let me know.

Hi Susie
I'm so pleased Odile came to you - she is very happy!

A friend has a friend who is looking for something ASAP. Is your place free once Odile leaves. His name is Mark - could you please give him a call on 07747 686196.

Thanks
Jo

Dear Susie (Ladybuffet)
I ama quiet professional looking for a room around mid June say from 11th to 25th June. But flexible. What would you charge for two weeks?
I don't have a pet or kids, and I am a non-smoker. I will be in London on Monday to inspect accommodation - would you like to show me your place event if the room is not vacant on Monday? My email is belindapoli (at) gmail (dot) com
Looking forward to photos if you have any beforehand.

Thank you very much,
Belinda
