Can anyone suggest a good but not horrendously expensive dermatologist or facial to help with blemished skin? Being the wrong side of 35, I still find that i have terrible skin - I know not one of lifes biggest problems but something Im self conscious about . I suspect its hormonal as when I was pregnant I had great skin and now I think the combination of this and working in an air-conditioned office its terrible skin and Id love to have unblemished skin and not have to constantly worry about it .

I would absolutely recommend Kate at Cosmetica in Balham (http://www.cosmeticalondon.co.uk/). I looked for someone who did a decent facial here for years and was also suffering from hormonal unsettled skin when I finally found Kate. She basically does each treatment bespoke, and after one session, I already saw a big difference in my skin.
