Afternoon everyone!
I just wanted to share my exciting Next Level Nutrition online workshop where we take a good look at all the trendy food and nutrition buzzwords and find out what they really mean. Soaking, sprouting, 'activated' - is it worth the time and the money? What's better, juicing or blending? (And when to do what) Does cooking really destroy all the nutrition - should we keep it raw? Plus, what's the deal with gluten-free? All these questions plus loads more (and the workshop is interactive so you can add your own questions!).
This workshop is online so no need to find a sitter! Put the kids to bed, pour yourself a glass of wine, and let your inner nutrition nerd out to play!
