We are needing recommendations for good builders for kitchen extension into the side return. We recently had a loft extension but are not 100% happy with the builders so are needing to find someone else for the side return as soon as possible.

I can recommend Dekor Homes, they do alot of work in Central London but have done great work for a friend of mine near Wimbledon, loft extension, bathrooms, refurbishment etc thoughout and are about to start work on my place in Streatham Common. He has a team of builders so can do everything you require.

Worth getting a quote from them.

Huge thanks for all your help. I would ideally like a kitchen with floor to ceiling cupboards to maximise space so I will ask Jeff for advice on that too when I call.

Hiya, we had BeConstructive come and do our full build, side return, up in the loft and essentially re building the whole house on Cathles road. We were really happy with the work and also the price agreed at the beginning didn't change.

Hi! Are you still looking for recommendations? If so, do consider Clapham Construction. They did our loft conversion and we were very pleased with it. Jake the owner was always on site (no contractors) and had great ideas about how we could get what we wanted for a very good price. They didn't try and sell us a package deal and they really listened to our requirements. Their website is http://www.claphamconstruction.com.
