Nanny needed 4 days a week from November in East Putney

I'm looking for a nanny for a minimum of 4 days a week (I don't work Fridays) to start in November to look after my 2 children. I have a daughter who will be 7 months in November and a son who will be 4 in January. He attends nursery every morning and one day all day.

I'm looking for someone with previous experience, who loves children, who has lots of energy and ideas. Responsibilities would include, taking and collecting my son from nursery, taking them to various classes such as gym and Monkey Music, trips to the park, museums, library etc, preparing meals for them, playing with them and so on.
