Damp and Timberguard

As anyone used them recently. They seemed knowledgeable but they are not as "big" as say Kenwood, Petercox... What did you use them for and were you happy with the results? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x

Hi
We used D&T two years ago right after buying our new house and they were very good, I would always go back to them in future as a result. The owner (I think) is Christian who seems knowledgable and talked me through quite a few questions as we wanted the work to be paid for by the sellers so there were some tricky moments and he was patient and accommodating throughout. They were clean, put back our window fittings properly and their decorating was good. Our estate agent said they've worked with them for years and agreed they have a well deserved reputation. I can't remember if we used them because the estate agent recommended them, I don't remember doing research to compare their rates, but the price also seemed reasonable. They also strike me as the sorr of people who would come back if there's a problem. Hope that's helpful!
