I need to accommodate a visitor from Thanksgiving through to January - probably about 6 weeks altogether. Ideally ground floor accommodation or first floor.

Any local recommendations for Air BnB / regular BnB / short term lets?

We used Balham Lodge in the summer but I think a 6 week stay may be too expensive

Try Madison Hill. They are a local couple with a number of properties. We stayed at one at Clapham South next to M&S.

II don't think most people appreciate how time-consuming it is to manage your own Airbnb listing.. I work full time and there's no way I can deal with enquiries/ meet guests for check-in, cleaning etc. I now use a company called Pass the Keys to do everything for me as a property manager, they send me the money after the guest checks-out and take care of everything else.
