Looking for room to rent for nanny

Hello
My lovely French nanny is looking for a room to rent in Clapham/ Wandsworth/ Balham area. Ideally for her and another female friend if the set up is large enough, or for her only. Her rent budget is limited: 500/ month. But I suspect she could also do a few babysittings / weekend help if need be to complete the budget. She is well educated, polite and discreet. This arrangement could suit a single parent?
