Crittall/steel windows: West Leigh & Monk Metal? Post Reply

Hi,
We're looking to install steel windows (Crittall style) in our kitchen.
Does anyone has feedback on these two companies - West Leigh ltd & Monk Metal Windows?

A lovely Nappyvalleynetter recommended Govette and even kindly let me see the windows they installed in her house.
YEt West Leigh ltd & Monk Metal's ballpark quotes are £2000 lower so trying to have some feedback.

They are also part of the "steel window association"

I'm interested in the feedback to your qn too and would also like to see if anyone had used lightfoot windows for their crittal window as I've seen them mentioned a few times on houzz? I'm not as far along in my project as yours. Thanks

I can't speak for these companies unfortunately but we used Clement windows for our internal crittal style screen and we are v pleased - you can catch a glimpse of it here: http://www.thomasandspiers.com/projects ... ject-2016/

I've heard good things about Lightfoot and have also seen them mentioned a lot on Houzz and Living Etc. Could West Leigh or Monk Metal let you have a look at some previous work to help you with your decision?
